Goto bios and then start in recovery mode....or insert the installation disk or usb of Windows 10 and then repair startup or restore to earlier point when your pc was in working state.

@Abhas i have a scratched dvd,hence when ever i tried to copy the files in it to my hard disk the copying process got interrupted at the half way stage.I have also tried few softwares to copy those files,but all of them failed,so do you know any possible method/software to copy those files to my hard disk ?

Gently rub toothpaste (white) with a soft cloth on the scratches, making sure you go in one direction (inside to outside). Give it a try.

You can also try cleaning the disc with white petroleum jelly (vaseline) in the same manner as suggested by Abhas.

I can't tell you if price is right or like that but I do use Zotac 1GB gfx card and it works very good for me for CoD, FIFA13 and DBC14.

I bought Zotac Nvidia GT 610 2 GB DDR3 Graphics card. Which is worth buying. Its cheap, high memory,good performance etc... I am using it to play FIFA 13/14, CoD , PES16 at a Default settings and it works great without any lags.

@Abhas i am using Win 7, 32 - bit. In device manager I have noticed a yellow colored triangle shaped icon with exclaimation mark on some drivers, but when i tried to update them it says the driver is already up to date.

You can disable it, but first you need to know what it does. Is it a Desktop or a Laptop, how may drives, do you have RAID configurations?

Thats a game which has everything a gamer wants. SQUARE ENIX has launched its sequel and I am very sad that I can't play it on 32 bit
