Welcome to my story. Hope you like it.
The story of Santiago Munez(Preferred shirt no.26)
Santiago Munez played football for Los Angeles in 2004, but Newcastle spotted this gem and signed him in 2005. Santi started poorly but played greatly in the champions league. He was spotted by Real Madrid in 2006 and he was traded for Michael Owen to Newcastle. He was often subbed for players and thus earned the nickname "SUPER SUB". He first started against Valencia and earned a red card immediately. After this, Real never gave him a opening chance but finally earned his starting chance against Arsenal in the UEFA CL. He played average in the 2007,08 seasons and is currently serving a 2 year loan contract at Hotspurs. Lets see how he plays this season at ESL and we will wish all the best for him.
The story of Gavin Harris(Preferred shirt no.10)
Gavin Harris was first sighted at 2005 by Newcastle and signed him and gave him the jersey number 10. He played selfish football and was often hated by the fans but when he got the captain ring, he played responsibly along with Munez. At the end of the season, he was transferred to Real Madrid for 5.5 million pounds. He misfired for Real in 14 matches without hitting a goal. After the transfer of Munez, he improved and in the UEFACL finals, he scored a goal with an assist from Munez. Harris played poorly in 2007,08 but played awesomely in the 2009 season. He became the most dangerous footballer in La Liga and demolished the enemies easily. In 2010, Real has renewed its contract with Harris so it seems that he won't leave the club for a while. Lets wish him all the best for this season.
The story of Liam Adams(Preferred shirt no.8/9)
Liam started his career playing football for Real Madrid in 2002. He played beautifully for Real until the death of his close friend Braithwaite, which caused him to fail a penalty and make England lose the QF match against Portugal in 2006WC. In 2006, he was fired from Real for a crappy perfomance. But he was signed by Newcastle United and excelled for them in the 2007,09 seasons, causing the dropping of him from Real a foolish move. But in 2010, he resigned from Newcastle and instead joined the Tottenham Hotspurs so that he could play with his best friend, Santiago Munez. He looks great in form and is a real danger for many teams. Lets wish him luck for this season.
The story of Charlie Braithwaite(Preferred shirt no.7)
Charlie first started playing football for Real in 2001. He became the best friend of Liam in the 2003 season and their football partnership is known as "The England Crossworkers". He was a real star in football and hoped for a excellent career after his brilliant headers in 2005. In 2006, due to internal problems and feeling guilty of the accident of him and his close friends, he collapsed in the Last-16 match of the world cup 2006 and later died of anuerism. However, his playing has never been forgotten. When Munez scored his first goal for Mexico, he took a banner from the bench which read, "Braithwaite, the king of football always with us".
The story of Lionel Messi(Preferred shirt no.19/10)
Messi started his career with Barcelona and excelled for them which got him an entry into Argentina. He is often known as the Next Maradona because he very well plays like Maradona. With 2010 season nearby, he looks forward to an exciting game and lets wish him all the best for a fruitful season.
The story of Iker Casillas(Preferred shirt no.1)
Casillas started his career with Real Madrid and started okay, then poor and then awesome. He is the present captain of Spain and Real Madrid and is rated very highly by legendary goalkeepers and players. He is also the 2010 WC winning captain and his saves have been thrilling. However, his Real Madrid contract is to end this year and there are no extensions from Real, so this might be the last season for Casillas at Real. Lets wish him all the best for this season.
