Like the look of my team although I utilised quite some points on it.

William Porterfield
Crais Keiswetter+
Kevin Pieterson*
Mark Ramprakash
Martin Van Jaarsveld
Zander de Bruyn^
Ian Blackwell^
Ryan Sidebottom^
James Kirtley^
Alfonso Thomas^
Gary Keedy(TO be signed)^

The batting is bolstered by the great KP and Keiswetter. Van Jaarsveld and Ramprakash are great domestic batsmen too, and Blackwell and De Bruyn are handy allrounders. De Bruyn also just scored a century in a game against Pakistan few days back

The bowlers may not be well be world class, but statiscally speaking are all very efficent. Sidebottom leads the attack, the "miscommunication" regarding the rules cost me Anderson, but Sidebottom is cool too. Pretty pleased with the players, but I have one of the lowest budgets going into the international auction.

This concludes phase-1 of the auction.
Most of the squads are well balanced except Riz's who has 5 spinners and only one specialist seamer.

I may as well say now that I will be away on holiday in about 3 weeks time. I think I leave on Saturday 25th or Sunday or something and I'll be going to Bali for 2 weeks. We may have finished the league by then or might not.

From an outsiders point of view, I would advise Riz to sign Amjad Khan, he's one of the best up and coming bowlers in England at the moment.

I'm surprised to see that Ambrose and Read are still there, both decent keepers, and Hamilton-Brown and Carberry will both probably appear for England in one form of the game soon.

i'll take that advice, James Tredwell out, Amjad Khan in.

Btw is it worth getting rid of wayne madsen for carberry or hamilton brown?

I would have gone for Carberry instead of Bell if we were able to take over all points from the Domestic stage but I ended up going for Bell. And if it were me, I would get in Carberry for Madsen but that's just my opinion. It's just that I don't know much about Madsen.

Btw, I shall mention it as well, that I am off to uni in a weeks time. Its gonna take me some time to get settled and all, so I dont know when I can come after that. Though I think that the international auction is gonna finish before I go.

Also IIRC, you said there would be no Pakistanis, Sachin Tendulkar, and no Sri Lankans in the auction? Just wanted to confirm.
