Hello Everyone,
You might be thinking that here is one more Online Cricket League, which might just be another bore. But let me tell you, if you are thinking that way, then, you are wrong. This is not any of the ordinary Cricket league, but it is the International Cricsim Championship (ICC), where the members of planetcricket can challenge International Cricket Players.
The rules are simple, Play Cricket!! Just joking everyone.
Lets get serious. All the matches will be simulated using Cricsim. The total number of teams in Season 1 will be six. Here the players of the team, will not only be the international cricketers, but also the members of planetcricket.
The captains of the each team will be the owners too. No vcash is required for the players, but the members willing to be the captain (owner), will have to pay 50,000 Vcash to me.
The members who sign-up as ordinary players wont need to pay any Vcash.
The captains (owners) will be decided by first-cum-first service. The first six members who transfer 50,000 Vcash to me will be the captains (owners).
As the owners are the captains, they too will play the matches.
The other Planetcricket members can sign-up to play in the teams for free.
There wont be any auction for the players, but they will be drafted.
All the matches will be of 50 Overs
[B][SIZE="3"]The Squad Composition:[/SIZE][/B]
Each Squad will have a total of 15 Members.
Out of the 15 members, 7 will be the members from Planetcricket, including the captain (owner).
The other 8 will be the International Cricketers.
[B][SIZE="3"]The Playing XI:[/SIZE][/B]
The playing XI squad of a team will have 4 international cricketers and 7 members from Planetcricket, including the captain (owner).
[B][SIZE="3"]The Prizes:[/SIZE][/B]
The Captain (Owner) of the winning team will get 200,000 (2 Hundred Thousand) Vcash, whereas, the other 6 planetcricket members from the winning team, will get 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Vcash)
The Man of the Match from each match, will get 1,000 Vcash for that match.
If the man of the match is an International Cricketer, then the captain (owner) gets 1,000 Vcash.
[B][SIZE="3"]The Fixtures:[/SIZE][/B]
There will be a total of 15 Matches (12 Group, 2 Semi-Finals and 1 Final)
The six teams will be divided into two groups of three teams.
Two teams from each group will qualify for the semis. (GA1 v GB2 : GA2 v GB1)
And then, there will be one final.
[B][SIZE="3"]Transfers:[/SIZE][/B]
The players and the captains(owners) selected for teams in season 1, will also be a part ofd the Season 2.
The captains(owners) of each team will be given a Transfer Period between Season 1 and Season 2, in which they can transfer their team members (planetcricket members as well as international players).
The transfers will be done by exchanging players. [B]No vcash is allowed in the Transfers.[/B]
[B][SIZE="3"]Sign-up Details for Planetcricket members:[/SIZE][/B]
In order to sign up, the members will have to fill the application form given below.
The batting average and bowling average have to be the [B]SAME[/B] (This is done, so that no member rates himself highly either on batting or on bowling)
The highest average that can be entered is 35 and the lowest is 20.
But please remember, the batting and the bowling average have to be the same.

Bowlers can give a low average, so that their bowling ability increases and the vice-versa for batsman.
All rounders can give an average of around 25.

[CENTER][B]The Team Names have to be Neutral. By neutral I mean, no place can be mentioned (For Example: Syndey Snakes, Delhi Dashers, etc.)
The teams should have names which do not mention a place.
Example: Wild Wolverines, The Superstars, etc.[/B][/CENTER]
