Andrew Flintoff Now a Boxer

Where have you been - hiding under a rock? I've known for weeks, if not months, that Andy is going to have a crack at being a boxer!! It's not on free to view Sky though, which is annoying. It's on a PPV boxing channel. :facepalm

Online streaming is the way forward :p

Just find yourself a BoxNation stream and enjoy. ;)

He may have won, but he has the worst punching technique I've ever witnessed, he should hang the gloves up, it was a complete embarrassment :facepalm

Like watching 2 pissed blokes on a Friday night having a punch up.

the most disappointing aspect is that if he'd shed those 3 stone and built his fitness up when he was a cricketer he might have had a longer, less injury prone career due to not bringing down such a fat carcass on his knees every ball.

I'm pretty hacked off by this, he's putting more effort into a freak show than his actual career, plus he's got such a bitter attitude to cricket since fans got sick of his under performance and poor attitude, so it's just keeping him in the spotlight to moan about cricket. hardly what the sport needs. he said this was a greater personal achievement than the ashes, while I guess here he is just one-on-one and the ashes was a team effort, that's still absolute rot.

Ah, very well then, making a sad soul laugh was certainly up there in my list of lifetime goals.
If it was making a sad soul laugh then you haven't achieved the goal yet. :D

That has to have been fixed. That guy was more than capable of knocking him out. How he recovered from that knock down I don't know.

A lot of his punches did seem too 'slappy' if you know what I mean. Froch reckons he could have a British Title if he sticks around for a few years, but I don't know myself. I'm no boxing expert, but those two didn't look very good to me.
