I wanted to know who keeps the track of sales and what counts as actual sales?
is it the sales made by the retailers or sales affected by the distributors .?
so when gta5 sold a billion copies in 3 days ,is it the retail sales?

To be clear, it was a billion dollars in *revenue*, rather than a billion copies.

But yes: that's based on retail sales (Though it's estimated, as not all places you can buy the game get reflected in the charts). Publishers sell to distributors, distributors sell to retail (SELL IN), retail sells to customers (SELL THROUGH). Which is why they're so damned expensive. :)

Will we get a tournament/competition sharing option in CA 1.0? If not, any plans of adding it in future via patches/DLC?
