I think our objectives on this tour should be : win at least 1 test, don't lose the ODI series with a margin bigger than 3-2, put up a respectable showing in the T20I and , most importantly, get through this tour without any controversies.

But honestly, Pakistan have fallen so sharply in the ODI game, that I can't imagine them winning any limited overs matches. In terms of text cricket, they are a very good side but ultimately the conditions will beat them.

I don't think Imran's place in the lineup should be even doubted. He's our lucky charm (we've never lost whenever he played)

Without Jimmy Anderson I think they are two pretty evenly matched teams. Home advantage so mean that England will prevail though. I'm going 3-1.

With Pakistan's bowling attack I don't think we are going to get many runs especially with the new guys Hales, Vince, Bairstow and the new number 3. Look at our batsmen last time Cricket Records | Pakistan in England Test Series, 2010 - England | Records | Batting and bowling averages | ESPN Cricinfo Strauss, Cook, Collingwood and Pietersen couldn't deal with the bowling.

Anderson will be fit for the first Test.
