Sri Lanka proving the ICC ranking is a piece of horse poo. Said it endlessly that Pakistan is not the best T20 in the world by some margin. Not even top 4.

Younis Khan doing a great job of losing respect by b!tching about the PCB and the way that he is doing it as well.

Considering the history of PCB corruption, intimidation and nepotism, coupled with their appalling treatment of Younis Khan as a player, who is one of Pakistan's greatest ever, I would say the criticism is appropriate, if not long overdue.

Perhaps I missed something but, did Pakistan run out of people? Last I checked there was actually a massive issue of overpopulation in that whole continental region. I mean, that's the only conclusion you'd come up with considering the same ol' players are rotated around in a comical case of the most tragic game of musical chairs ever. The people that showed up to these games, and all cricket fans around the world, deserved so much better.

Pakistan is not the best T20 in the world by some margin.

But I don't find any other team that has done as good as Pakistan. Pakistan's batting barring a few matches have been really very consistent and that speaks about their volume as a T20I side. Not many teams managed to have the consistency with the bat that Pakistan have shown in last 2 years. At present, I think Pakistan and Australia are very strong teams in this format followed by England, South Africa and India. Sri Lanka have been decent enough but not great by any means.

Was so much fun watching the 2nd T20I in Gadaffi Stadium. It was my first game in a stadium and thoroughly enjoyed it.Amir was mostly fielding in front of my stand and people were shouting and chanting his name and he only looked back once. I went early so saw the practice too and players were coming at whatever time they wanted and went to dressing room after every other minute. Umar Akmal was lying on the ground rather than practicing. It looked like a optional practice before a friendly game. And I must say the primary reason for batsmen's failures was that no one was throwing balls at them or working with them.Misbah, the batting coach was busy viewing the pitch. As soon as Umar Akmal came to bat people started chanting MATKA which is a offensive remark and means a bowl or jar. People stood up and applauded Akmal as he got out. I asked a person that why they were doing this and he replied this is Akmal's last game and we are giving him a farewell. People were also telling him to never come back again. One thing that made me sad and angry was that during practice, Babar was passing and young kids aged 7-9 asked to shake hands with him and he mercilessly ignored and went ahead. He really needs to do theese gestures to become a household name. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the game and hope Akmal and Shehzad never wear that Pakistan star again

Honestly I don't see a problem in it. Everyone is supposed to have their own space. Maybe he would be feeling shy or wouldn't be comfortable in doing so. Or it can be the reason that he wanted to focus more on the game and wanted to do well in it and at times these things diverts your concentration.

Mate, that is arrogance if 7 year old kids are running towards you and just want a handshake not even a selfie. If you give respect you get respect. This is the reason why I admire Cristiano Ronaldo and Kohli because they meet with their fans even when they are very busy.If meeting with 3 7 year olds diverts your concentration then you can never handle the criticism or any sort of abuse. You know sometimes people go even below the ethical limits in a Cricket match.

And what if he was having some problem in his personal life for the time being and he didn't wanted to meet people ? We never know. Look nobody wants to ignore kids as everyone loves them but at times there are some reasons where you need to.

Sarfaraz is easily the worst captain on the world circuit as of now!
If that wasn't evident before.

I do wonder who we can replace him with. Personally, I'd prefer Imad Wasim, but his captaincy in the PSL has been really disappointing. There are no possible candidates, unless we want to defect back to Malik and Hafeez (T20s).

I agree, it's quite ridiculous that they keep harping on with Sarfaraz. Considering the 2020 world cup, I would say the time to replace the captain is now. I suspect though that they'll play the old card of "it's too late now" and just persist with Sarfaraz again. We've already been through this in the ODI world cup.

I know it's popular sentiment to say Babar Azam is the next captain but I would be very hesitant to mess with the only reliable batsman on the entire team. Let the man just bat. I've always liked the idea of Amir as captain but I don't know how much of that is doable. Didn't Imaad captain the under19 side? I know his performance has been less than stellar in the PSL, but in his defense, his teams haven't really done him any favours either. I think that might be a good option as well. But whatever they do, they need to do it sooner rather than later.

Amir has only done captaincy twice in his career(Including Club Cricket)
