You have to play David no matter what (Usman isn't opening for MS anyways), he is the kind of a player you find a way to fit in!

Not sure he's arrived yet. Miller played in the SA20 knockouts and arrived the same morning as the first PSL match. Roussow played in the final of that comp.

After some looking in to it, apparently David has only made himself available for MS last 3 matches + knockouts to manage his workload before the IPL.
