I just completed the World Cup in Career, Mode, they show the Trophy before the Final game, I won the Finals and didn't see any celebration.

I am not sure. Just finish my 1st year with my new player. And currently in a World Cup with my star player. So haven't reach that stage as yet.

All you have to do is create a new team. When you start a career mode. when you reach to the state team. just replace them with your created teams. Also I have notice , when u change a team line up in the academy the team also change in a already started career.
