This was my first taste of online cricket management games. I use to have a team on cricinfo but couldn't keep my interest since it disadvantaged those without cash to splash around. Just registered again and it looks to be similar to the last time which favoured those rick in real life. You can buy credits which is the only way to activate practice nets, buy players and even get a friendly. You can win credits by winning competitions but again it favours the rich.
