You can not call Pakistan underdog simply because they hadn't played enough cricket lately. We all know what Pakistan is capable of and having said that Pakistan is currently 4th in the rankings and they deserve to be in the semi-final which is top 4. Simple. I hope you got my point there.

Yes we do. Brillant displays one day pathetic the next.

Great going, Pakistan! :clap This match wasn't of any value to them, yet they fought like tigers- and with some brilliant bowling, especially by Rana Naved, kept the Aussies under immense pressure till the very end. The Pakistani bowlers really deserve a loud applause. Oh well, I guess in the end the Aussie tail won the nerve games and clinched this match. Whatever it maybe, the game was an absolute thriller and enjoyable till the very end. Well done to both the teams!

If I was an Indian fan I'd be so pissed off.

:p - just one run...

zMario added 3 Minutes and 44 Seconds later...

Actually nevermind, even if Pakistan had scored 2 more runs, India would still not have qualified.

So that's that.

After reading his comments I can say that Afridi-Star is an idiot.

Nah, I didn't expect anything better from him. Wasn't he the one who called us "nigg*rs" in the "Lahore attacks" thread some days back? Just don't reply to his posts, and he'll keep quiet.

Yep. It's no use crying over spilt milk. We should just move on. We've committed certain mistakes here, lessons should be learnt from them, and some hard labours should be put on- so that we can come back strongly in the upcoming India-Australia ODI series and take our revenge. ;) Go India!

Major sarcasm detector fail.

I'm guessing you're just a little bit upset because your beloved India have been knocked out.

Why are the topics related to India's defeat coming up again and again? The match was over, India has been knocked out & chapter closed. But when the mighty teams like SA and SL have been knocked out, India's exit is not even a news worthy to be shocked or surprised.

Lets move ahead.

Once again It was Akmal whose apparent lack of any wicket keeping skill/sense has cost us before and continue to do so. If he had any brains he would have thrown to bowlers' end. I know it was a pressure cooker situation but its not the first time Akmal has been a failure behind stumps.
