Stanbic Bank 20 Series

I really appreciate the fact that ZCB is taking the effort to renew interest in the game & T20s also seem a great way to get the people in Zimbabwe back to the stadia's.

And an icing on the cake are 2 names from Australia & England - Ian Harvey & Ollie Rayner. :)

They don't have big international players coming in their T20 competition, but I'm really happy to see the efforts they are taking. Someday we'll see Zimbabwe being the awesome team they were upto 2002. :)

This will be good for Zimbabwe. Good to see stuff happening over there.

Bangladesh still don't have a T20 domestic comp, maybe they need to get moving.

WI don't have one either lol.

Anyway this is a good thing for Zimbabwe, things seem to be looking up for them. It would be nice if a much improved side showed up in the Caribbean at the end of this month.

Bangladesh's FC cricket isn't very impressive. It has never been. That's why the players seemingly lack the temperament needed to succeed.

Zimbabwe, on the other hand, have always had a pretty good standard of domestic cricket. Nice to see this coming back.

WI had Stanford T20...but I guess that ain't coming back anytime soon :p

The Windies should have some replacement for Stanford 2020 by next year.

Some boards asked for one this year but the WICB said no. With 6 teams it would take less then 2 weeks for it to complete.

Thats not new, they launched it last year. It was during Bangladesh's tour over there. And they kept advertising every 2 min.

They are showing these matches in South Africa. Very exciting cricket. Zimbabwe has some really good hitters.

Showing them on Zee Sports too. Some nice hitters, but plenty of average medium pacers and some batsman with horrendous techniques.

Still fun to watch :p
