Cannot upload my image files

Can anyone please assist :

Ive been running the PS3 South African Online League for the Last 2 years , and every week I update my 2 x Online Threads , with new Pics of the Logs and Results .

Now for the past couple of days , I cannot get the Site to "See" the Image files in the Folder I keep them in. When I go to Explorer they are there , but pointing to the location through the Upload File Option , leaves a Blank Explorer View , as if the Files are of the Wrong type .

I have tried . jpeg and .png , with no Joy , please help .

Have you recently edited or re-encoded them? Whenever I have a similar problem it's because I've saved the extension as a .png but photoshop has saved it as a .psd

...the other alternative is they may be too big to upload? Check the file-size limits?

Thanks for the tips Biggs.

I usually Copied the Highlighted Data in Word , and then Pasted it in Paint , Cropped , and then saved as .jpeg

Ive not changed anything on my side , and have also tried doing it from my home PC vs the Laptop .

Same result.
