how to upload an image (screenshot from PC) in comments & replies

I tried to upload images by clicking the Image icon in the reply editor pane. But it simply asks for "Image URL"

how do I upload it from the local drive?

You can see the 'Upload a file' button next to the post reply button.

You can try that^. Alternatively, you can drag the image from your local drive to the reply box.

Your usertitle changes according to the trophy points you earn. It is completely automatic and points are rewarded for different actions you carry out around the forums. You can find out the list of trophies that are available from here - Trophies - PlanetCricket Forums
