I wouldn't put it so dramatically, USACA was run incredibly poorly. The people who left USACA and created their own cricketing body in the US are still working hard to set up tournaments and encourage its growth in the US (or so I've read) so hopefully they keep persisting and they might be recognised as the official USA cricket body in the future

USACA was awful. It's good that they were expelled.

True, Its sad to see this happening but icc never really supported USACA
