Just bought the game. Crashes after 5 minutes. Any fix before I refund?

Just bought DBC 14 game on steam. AMD Ryzen 1600, AMD RX 570(latest drivers), Windows 10(up to date). Game freezes and says cricket14.exe stopped working.

Things I tried:
1. Verify integrity of game cache files on steam
2. Reboot the system

I'm using XBOX one controller. Any idea what could be the issue?

You need to uninstall and again reinstall the game. Be sure completely uninstall including saved data.
