Problem: Overriding ground in Tour editor in DBA causes the game to crash (PC version)

In the tour creator in the cricket academy every time I try to override the ground in the calendar the game instantly crashes, any idea why this is happening? Is this because of a mod conflict?

in the first post there is a file called "dbcbugfix", it allows to select the stadium during the tour.
