Problem: Please can someone say Novaplay cheated me or not?

I have bought don bradman cricket 14 and divine divinity for 528 rs On cash on delivery and today morning a person from novaplay came and recieved the money from me and gave a bill for it.But Still both games are not being added in my library and says still pending .please help
