Just a collection of my favourite commentary lines. They're obviously subjective picks, so don't get angry. Feel free to contribute and give your thoughts.

David "Bumble" Lloyd : "Big man, big game, it's a leg bye, who cares? Pakistan are the ICC World T20 champions!"

Bill Lawry : "It's all happening!" , "Pakistan win the World Cup! A magnificent performance in front of 80 thousand fans here at the Melbourne Cricket Ground."

Richie Benaud : "It's 222 for 2." , "Left arm, around the wicket, Allan Lamb has been cleaned up." , "You can subtract Lewis from that list. Wasim Akram is on a hat trick."

Harsha Bhogle : "When the next generation of Pakistani batsmen has come and gone, Misbah will still be not out at the other end." , "A career shaped by legendary and patient innings ends with an ugly heave, but once again, it's what the team needed." (talking about Dravid)

Ramiz Raja : "He makes room, goes big, and that's up in the air! And it's six! Shahid Afridi, you beauty! What a win! Pakistan have snatched it!"

Mark Nicholas : "The urn is returned! Redemption is complete! Australia have beaten England by five to nothing!"

This is mine and the reason is, because I find this an awesome moment exactly on 5:57 Richie Benaud, a great commentator, is bowing out from a long media career and KP the next best thing is dominating the Australian bowling but then there is a wicket and for me this symbolizes Cricket as a 'being' an entity taking back the lime light saying no one is bigger than me. This for me was a defining moment as a kid growing up learning the game.

Ravi : Dhoniii finishes off it Style! A magnificent strike into the crowd for six,India lift the world cup after 28 years and its the Indian Capitan who's been absolutely brilliant in the night of the final.

The above two are the best ones. Another one I would like to add is the line from Sunil Gavaskar which trolled Michael Clarke:-

Michael Clarke - "If Brett Lee was a part of the Aussie side he would not have allowed Ishant Sharma to bat for so long."

Sunil Gavaskar - "Rahul Dravid’s home is only 10 km away from M Chinnaswamy Stadium. If he comes out to bat for India, it won’t be that easy for Brett Lee. Should I call him?"
