Champions Trophy

So, I've heard that the Champions Trophy, with the next one being held in 2021 (supposedly), is being cancelled, with the new FTP announced. However, I also heard that the ICC wanted to change the Champions Trophy's format to T20I, but the BCCI, who were to host the 2021 Champions Trophy, refused and said they'd block any attempts to do so. (this happened before the FTP got announced)

What I'm asking is whether the Champions Trophy is happening, and if it is, if its in T20I or ODI Format.
