Wow. I'm loving what you're doing with the text and textures. You just need to control lights a little bit; you gotta use curves, selective colors wisely and blend the layers properly. I can tell you've tried levels (?), but it is not a good choice when making avatars. Keep that in mind and you'll be alright.
Btw, I don't remember you being a Chelsea or Hazard fan?

Yep, when I am doing the lighting - I tend to overdo, levels, yep
. Curves and selectives I guess I overdo those too at times.My fav PL team... But not a diehard fan. Want Hazard in the Los Blancos...(we might have a warBtw, I don't remember you being a Chelsea or Hazard fan?
