I feel England gonna put up a huge total on the board. I'm curious to see how this bowling unit perform. I'm the big fan of Umesh and the way he bowls at the start of innings will get him atleast one wicket in first 10 overs. It's risky to use him in the middle overs as he leaks more runs, but he would've been a fine bowler to open the bowling with. He isn't playing which is unfortunate although I'm looking forward to what Shami and Bumrah are upto.

With Shami it's easy to see whether he is in rhythm or not..See his run his if he has the slightest of pause in his running just before the crease , he isn't in the flow..If runup is like a 60fps game then he is..

These two are mostly bowling back of a length balls which is ridiculous. They aren't allowing the ball to do anything.

Say what you want. We do not have an eye for test match quality. Bumrah and Pandya should br nowhere near the test squad, let alone the XI. They bowl that defensive back of length crap which might save runs in white ball. We bowled some real trash in that half an hour.

Atrocious bowling with the new ball. Can't expect much from Bumrah. But a lot is expected from Shami and he once again proves that he just can't be trusted. You just never know which Shami will turn up. The one who looks like a pedestrian, school boy bowler or the one who looks threatening enough to run through the best of the lineups

The conditions were conducive to swing and they have wasted them. It's only going to get easier to bat from this point onwards
