Where are the U19 teams?

Why cant I find the U19 teams apart from Australia, England and NZ?

I made NZ and Pak u19 teams. Now making SA team after that WI

Just wondering why anybody other than an under-19 cricketer would want to play with these teams ? Are you an aspiring u-19 cricketer ?
