low FPS

I am getting 1 or 2 FPS in game, I think my PC is meets the mimimum requirements, I have tried all resolutions and set everything on low but no luck. I have also checked Usage, where CPU usage is almost 100% and GPU is using only 5 to 10%.

It’s clearly mentioned in minimum requirements your Gpu is below par

Thanks, I have just checked the comparison between gt240 and gt710, and found that the gt240 is more powerful then gt710, sorry I m noob..
