Team data in career mode -PS4

Where does the team data (players) pull from? My Australian International team does not include Steve Smith or David Warner though both pf them are always players in my team.
I have 35 players in my international squad & dont have an option to select from tbese players when im captain.
Any surgestions???

career mode makes use of "Dynamic Lineups" the squads are picked from the simulated careers each player is having in the career mode, thus on form players are picked and poor players are not, based solely on the stats generated in that career mode, so you cannot pick squads, u can only change player kits, stadiums, and player appearances during career mode
