Story PLEASE HELP

Hey guys, I've been playing this game for a few weeks now with all updated teams. Now all of a sudden every players name is "censored" and when trying to go to community it tells me that I need to log into my psn account even though I'm already logged in. This is so annoying man any suggestions?

I have that issue too. Usually, it's because either my PS4 crashes or I saved and exited mid-game. This issue normally fixes itself after completing a game and starting the next one.
