Unable to move logos on bats

Apologies if this is the wrong place. I want to create a couple of bats but I'm not able to move logo position in academy. Have tried downloaded and custom ones, I can change the scale but not position. I'm on PC and have tried with controller, mouse and keyboard. The bat model kind of flickers but the logo doesn't move.

Maybe I'm missing something simple that's changed from last game? Anyone have some tips for me?

I have the same problem. Trying to move a logo to the bottom end of a bat.
