I meant the same with the term "Water pipe". When I was small we had water shortage problem in our locality so we relied on external sources and because we used to stay in a 1 BHK flat on 2nd floor we used that thing to fill water in the 20 litre Water Tank we had. And they used to call it "Paani ka Pipe" word Paani in Hindi means Water so I thought we called it Water Pipe.
