Not really, well not off the top of my head. I personally thing you did such an outstanding job to begin with anyway. I think the auction worked out really well too, despite my team having pina coladas instead of training.

I'd personally like some kind of random draft,kinda like a fifa pack opening where you don't know who you're going too get.So for instance you could number all the players in the player pool and then we take turns picking numbers.
As far as the tournament goes,it was pretty much perfect.
