-How about having on field injuries like say Flemming gets injured and has to go off then have an option to change captains etc, bowlers.
-Changing lineups DURING a match not before
-Tailenders batting like TAILENDERs no structure smash and bash and poor defence!

Also there should be the attitudes of the players like when the captain changes the field position of a certain player the player's ablity changes to a loser and not be able to to well i recon that would be cool.
