Do I have to buy a license???

Hey frndz,
I am creating a flash cricket game(something bigger). Do I have to buy a license for implementing real names and faces??? The faces I meant not in playground-only photos showing stats.



If yes, then I make fake names and photos. :crying
And if no from where I can download players faces(posing type).:

Just as long as you don't charge it shouldn't really be a problem but I'm not overally sure.

With names i think you can get sued but pictures i think not.

As long as the game is freeware, there shouldn't be any problem regarding licenses!

If you get sued for something like that, I will lose all hope in cricket.
