Share your exploits in CC 2007 in this thread. :)

I'm currently coach of Tamil Nadu domestic team in India and I'll post scores and updates here as the season progresses...

Anybody else playing?

Nope.

Was good while it lasted, was good until I realized how annoying simming was and how easy the game actually turned out to be. Waste of me 20 bucks.

any idea how to post the HTML generated scorecard on the forum?

I actually lost a couple of one day games. I thought it was easy to play as well, but I haven't really experimented with the detailed bowling strategies or field settings.

Yeahm, you need to host it on a file hosting site - then you can post it on here. Can't remember how to. I think it was answered in a sticky thread on here.

I know about hosting the file since I have my own website as well, but I was wondering whether it could be displayed inline in posts as it would be easier.

It's not a bad game for what it's worth, but the lack of realistic graphics takes something away. Even something like ICC would be nice.

But as a management game, it seems to have a lot of potential. Too bad that there are some bugs which take away from the game -- like two matches scheduled on the same date for the same team and missing grounds in Indian domestic cricket.

EDIT: NO I tried to get the scoreboard pasted here as it is, but apparently the forum doesn't accept HTML tables. :(

Well, Tamil Nadu took a beating on a pretty dodgy wicket. Close match, but I'm having more success with the four day games so far... :)

I prepared a dodgy wicket and paid the price with a low score. ;)

Yeah, simple tweaks could really make this game the premier Cricket Management game. So much potential.
