Thought I had this law sussed until today. I thought you cannot be given out LBW if the ball pitched outside the line of the wicket yet SA lost two batsman to balls that, when seen with Hawkeye, DID pitch outside the line before hitting the pads. Please help :(
I've been playing a while but do not understand some of the players attributes.
Its states under one of my players...
"He currently has abysmal batting form, feeble bowling form and sublime fitness"
How are this attributes improved/changed? Is it simply by playing?
What the hell is the Beeb playing at! Where are the highlights? I managed to see highlights to all the games but why aren't they showing the highlights to the final!?!?!?! :mad

Whoops!
RED button now showing it after all!! :facepalm
I'm surprised how empty the stadiums are in the Eng Vs SA games, the stadium is half empty today. If this was played in England or India/Pakistan the stadium would be bursting at the seams!
What with all the booing of Ricky Ponting and a section of the Aussies fans setting off fire alarms in England's hotel is the spirit of cricket slowing dying and going the way of the footie fan??
Ive just had info through the post about the ticket ballot for some of England's up and coming matches but have never applied before. I'm a little confused as to how it works. If I apply for tickets and are not successful I am assuming that my money is refunded with no fees entailed, is that right?
Can someone tell me who the pretty lady is in the crowd at all the King's XI game in the IPL tournament? Some has said she is an Bollywood actress, is this true??
Im a little confused by the WIDE rule. Ive seen balls go down the leg side not far from the batsmen and yet be called wide. Can someone explain it for me??
Back in the early days of cricket were the batting creases etc ever covered nice fresh green grass or have they always been very short dry surfaces like today?
I know there is an Ashes Tour but can you play for the Ashes trophy?
I'm 3-1 up against The Aussies but I should have won it by now but there has been no message to say I have?
I was bored the other day ,and just got thinking about stuff, and one of the things that entered the enormous space between my ears was why an on-drive in the opposite direction is called cover drive and not an off drive?
Yeah I was definately bored that day! :p
When playing a tour you have a little gauge at the bottom the screen that shows your success rate at the end of each test. Why is there a line placed near the end of it? It that the mark you have to reach to make the entire test a success?
Unlike tests where I can slog the ball all over the place Ive found the opposition
are a little wiser and stick fielders on the boundaries when playing ODIs. Anyone tell me the best way to amass a decent score without slogging and getting caught?
