Unfortunately for reasons beyond our control there won't be pre-orders for the PS Store version of the game. Fans won't be missing out, because it will still be available for purchase on the 16th, but yeah, no pre-orders, I'm afraid.

The BBL is not licensed to Ashes Cricket. You'll be able to play T20 games and competitions, but there aren't licensed teams or competitions for that format of the game.
This will happen when you have a controller logged in to a Guest account, or one that has child restrictions on the account.
To remove censored names, make sure that each controller that's on while playing the game is logged in to an adult (unrestricted) PSN account. :)

If your PlayStation is connected to PSN, then the patch will automatically download (assuming that there's enough space on the hard drive). If you're not connected, the patch will automatically download the next time you connect to the PSN.
