I tried with the files from cloud.hosting.com. They worked ok, just that I can't get the sound/commentary :(

I had a cracked BLC which worked very well on Win 98. (It's basically the same as the original BLC, except that all .exe files are about 8MB size). I upgraded to XP and now it doesn't work. Anyone in similar situation found a way to make it work? Will be grateful if you can reply back, Thanks!

6hit straight shot is rather easy to play with left handers. But right handers almost never seem to connect it. Isn't this strange? Any suggestions to play this shot better for rt handers?

I find that 6-hit straight hit is tough for a right hander. but much easier for a left hander. Is there a fix?

manna: use Sriram's field editor and place a widish gully outside the circle. I managed to get several third umpire decisions and on couple of occassions, the CPU got run out. But I agree the CPU almost never takes risky runs. Need to dig into those .cfg files...

An unrelated help question: My BLC works perfect while batting, but when I go on to bowl, the moment the ball leaves bowler's hand, the game crashes! Anyone enountered this problem? Any solution? It used to work till last Friday, I don't know what happened after that, pl help!

Here's the solution: after you start BLC, go to settings, disable music, quit, restart BLC.

It has fixes for wides, helmet cam following bowling cursor, etc.

what's the size of your software.exe file? it's in BLC directory. If it's > 1MB, it's probably a cracked version. The official patch won't work.

is there a capture for batsman coming down the wicket too?? why is there so many unused captures? Are there any codemasters guys who can answer?

hey, don't modify 003 or 015. it won't work. they are for batsman stroke check, not for playing any shots.
