    India Team Discussion

We shouldn't be moral policing here. There's nothing sexist or misogynistic about sleeping around (with consent ofc) or discussing your sex life on a public forum. It might be crass, but its not illegal nor does it go against the spirit of the game/spirit of sport. There's a slight insinuation...

India tour of Australia - 2018/19

http://www.espncricinfo.com/story/_/id/25732978/hardik-pandya-man-mirror Just to clarify, is what Hardik said really misogynistic or is it it just crass? There's a difference between the two. I'm not entirely sure what he's said that is necessarily misogynistic or sexist?

    India tour of England 2018

India have an excellent chance here if they can see off Broad and Anderson. Then under sunny skies, you're playing against Stokes, Rashid and a 75mph bowler in Sam Curran. If they don't score 400 in this match then they really have to be disappointed in themselves.

    India tour of England 2018

So with Dhawan and Rahul going out to open in the 2nd innings....I think that was a straight shootout between the two for the openers slot. Dhawan getting two ducks in two innings means Rahul's going to play in the first test and Pujara will play at no.3.

    India tour of England 2018

Not like this. He was in commanding form, and had got a bit bored. There was a medium pacer left armer who bowled it 1 metre outside off and he wanted to smash him to extra cover and nicked it. Not quite fishing out to defend against an outswinger which is where he's usually been vulnerable.

    India tour of England 2018

I wouldn't read too much into the batting performance. They were playing very casually with no care (as can be seen from the high run rate) but I think that will change come the Test series. I think that's the issue making this a 3 day non-First Class play 18 players type of match...there's no...

    England's tour of Bangladesh

I do think that India poses a bigger challenge for England. 1) The current Indian test team have guys who can bat long, especially in these conditions. Bangladeshi batsmen are mostly only good for cameos, perhaps Tamim apart. India has Vijay, Rahul, Pujara, Kohli and Rahane who can all score...

    The Reintegration Thread

Seriously, someone needs to start a petition to not go to the Ashes matches. The Ashes played out in front of an empty stadium would send a message. Rarely have I been this angry on cricket!

Sri Lanka tour of England - Limited Overs Cricket (May - June)

The point is, SPIRITUALLY, how is trying to gain an advantage by leaving the crease before the bowler has bowled spiritually correct? This is just typical British conservatism - oh this is the way it has been done forever, so we should blindly follow it without any discussion of what makes...

Sri Lanka tour of England - Limited Overs Cricket (May - June)

Surely illegally attempting to steal a run before the bowler has delivered the ball is against the spirit of the game? I don't get it? EDIT: AFTER BEING WARNED TWICE! If the guy's an inch short at the other end while attempting to get a single he's given out, but you don't care what happens...

India tour of New Zealand - Jan to Feb 2014

For the record, I think you mean matches not series. In their last 10 away test series India have won a few matches, including against West Indies, South Africa, Sri Lanka, England, New Zealand.

Why is Chris Gayle's performance for WI so ordinary?

I don't know what you guys are talking about. Gayle's going through a bad patch of form that every cricketer who's played internationally for more than 10 years has gone through. He averages 42 for West Indies in Test cricket which is more than anyone else in recent history, barring Chanderpaul...

    Australia Tour Of India 2012/13

Whyyyyyyy? Why India, why? Always! This has been an incredibly defensive mindset, that brings back so many memories of when they've let an easy win slip out of complacency.

    Australia Tour Of India 2012/13

Dhoni is unable to get bat on ball here, this has been incredibly scratchy from him. Sachin's looking good, at least Dhoni's got to give him strike.

    Australia Tour Of India 2012/13

Dear God, this is beyond typical of India. Dhoni man, wtf is he doing here. The pressure has totally unnecessarily built up. Last 10 overs , 28/1. Not what you need when you're trying to win the match with limited time.
