Just for the Jersey alone, I would like Scotland can win the T20 world cup I can now sigh a relief because the problem with Bangladesh is that we never know what side will show up that day. India, Pakistan, New Zealand, Afghanistan, Scotland and Namibia/Ireland sounds good. Not easy just good.

Other group is a group of death. Rooting for West Indies and South Africa to make it through.

Nope. I have a feeling that one of the Asian teams (Bangladesh or Sri Lanka) will make it through to the semis. Bangladesh are known to do such things, this format is very prone to surprises and they already must be hurting much from that loss to Scotland. I am a lil doubtful about WI. They dont possess great spinners (recently even Pollard talked about the inexperience) and also most of Group 1 games are in Sharjah where spinners had a great time in IPL and also those wickets have gotten pretty tough for batting. Only thing that will help is the very small boundaries.

Group 1 is one crazy group. Cant believe that the tournament has got such a lopsided seeding. The other group's interest will be around the games between the 3 teams - India, Pakistan and New Zealand. I know AFG, SCOT and all can challenge but over a period of many games, banana skins don't cause an impact.

Why was the seeding changed mid-way? By the looks of it, it would have been an all-Asia Cup if they kept to the original seedings. The current change makes the tournament more lopsided. India, Pakistan and New Zealand are in a relatively easier group as compared to the other.
