Not really, When you append Loads of brushes, Styles, actions, Junkshi*t and many Filters, (I'm only listing the things which normal graphics maker uses, as far as i consider, I Usually do more than sigs, Avys, Walls, Blooblaah! and "GFX" in matter.).
But, Artistic, Digital painting, Etc; come into the act when i do. So, Doesn't matter if you have a 2GB RAM, You'll eventually go stucking with the program when you keep on appending. So, Adobe should consider a Compressing panel Box Software ( Like, when using a Thingy like brush or something in a .artwork, The Brush is generally compressed and Is De-Compressed when in use and compressed again when not in use and this results in lot of memory and temp. Backup save.. And speeds up the performance.) for this as it has been implemented for Camera-Raw and others and they have a pretty good performance. This Is a backing thing, and I hope they do In their future updates.
