Okay.lets just be realistic:Sony will win('Console Wars',and would win even if it did have a below par Console.And considering it doesn't appear to have a below par Console there is no doubt it will sell well,even with ridiculous prices.

PS3 launch delayed in PAL territories

Sony has officialy confirmed that it has delayed the launch of PS3 in the PAL territories of Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa and Australasia to march following shortages of blue laser diode an important component of the much hyped Blu ray.although this means better and more launch titles for the march launch it gives an open christmas period to xbox360 and the WII,in europe

the november launch for the us and japan is still on although the shipments have been cut drastically from 2million to 500,000 with japan getting 100,000 and us the remaining 400,000, sony still plans to ship 6million by march.
