I must be getting old as this wasn’t exciting me. As someone else said, this has limited scope to me, it’s for single player gaming, plus only applicable to certain gaming genres?

Didn’t really like excel, word in front of my eyes that I can resize etc, and having holograms positioned around my house ? Wonder where it goes from here?

Doesn't get me going either. I think VR has huge potential but it's simply too expensive and too clunky at the moment. I'm not really much of a fan of first-person shooters/gaming in general so the idea of "batting" in first person has never really done it for me anyway.

What VR has done to me as a gamer is that it made me to play all those games which i never would have played.

It makes the experience very different and "better".

Like u said the fps shooters, me to never bothered about those until I got the aim gun with Farpoint

I play daily on psvr and let me tell u it's a game changer.
Dirt rally VR being a favourite

^^^this..... Numerous VR titles are out there but none come close to this dirt rally. I've heard gran turismo is good also but that's not the full game like Dirt rally is. Ace combat will be awesome and fsx VR on pc is next level. It's the future. It's not gimmicky like 3D TV lmao
Wait until VR porn and live VR sports telecasts puts you on a seat on the half way line from your couch and come back and say it's a gimmick lol

Its not going to be ready anytime soon, im just seeing potential there, and its not limited in scope it can be multiplayer too, that is i can have another friend of mine walking in my room playing co-op if we both have hololens headset and genres i think any genre can be adopted once the tech is consumer ready which i think will take atleast a few more years. But ya your getting old

Looking forward, I hope the motion capture for batsmen would be there and there would be more hotness in the game to have a real-match type atmosphere feeling which is lacking big ant games...
