Any inputs on how to take this up? Countries like Australia and England have some solid programs and the details are available on their website.

On the contrary, the world's biggest market and its board do not have a section on this.

Australia: https://www.cricketaustralia.com.au/cricket/umpiring
England: https://www.ecb.co.uk/be-involved/officials/find-a-course/Umpiring-courses

I was looking out for courses in APAC and SEA. Missed the last one in Hong Kong and Malaysia. Apparently, these are conducted by the ICC guys themselves.

Any members who have completed any of approved courses? Or intend to do so?

Haven't done any approved courses, however there are local/regional courses across here that you can do which are approved by the local boards. Your best option is to try to get into the age level or school cricket at first and then if you impress you can work your way up. It's not an easy process.
