Can't Upload Larger file

Hi all I have a problem in my uploading. I can't upload large file. Whenever I try to upload more than 50 MB file it doesn't upload(in all uploading sites) and in media fire it uploads quickly in 5 seconds upto 64% and then it also stops. Strange thing is that whenever I try to upload my net doesn't work so I have to reconnect it and then it works but then I also have to stop uploading only then my net works. I try to upload in all browsers but failed. Please tell any solution

it happens mainly for
sever down(server of internet provider)
try to delete all cookies and all file from tmp folder,then connect your net and try to upload

My downloading and surfing speed is fine so it is not because of server down
I have already tried to delete temp folder by ccleaner but still getting same problem and I dont want to delete cookies as it contains cookies for many sites

Sorry guys for disturbing ou but I have solved now. It was my anti-virus which was blocking file to upload. Any one know which feature I have enabled that it is blocking file to upload?

Kaspersky. I try to pause the anti-virus and then uploading starts fine
