The problem for me in Ashes Cricket that every bowler can bowl all sorts of variations that exist in cricket be it spinner or a pacer all can move the ball both ways be it swing, seam, cutters or spin, it was a huge immersion breaker for me and I hope that perks will sort out this issue.
My point also same for both bowler and for batsman... All players can play all type of special shots and can bowl all type of delivery from the first ball itself... It need to be restricted/controlled... If we have the option to rate players special abilities (shots and deliver) it will be nice...

EA comes up with better games for FIFA?? Wow...u lost me here itself

They used to. Cricket wasn't their mainstream. If you compare EA Cricket 07 with FIFA'17 you can definitely see the difference. They never made a game for Cricket since 2006

I have just ordered the Switch version. Apparently Big Bash Boom had issues initially and was resolved with a patch. I hope all consoles start on the same level as i have chosen this version over Ps4/Xb1 because it will be portable too. First fully featured cricket game on a portable console!

Don't know why people are unhappy these days with other's opinion. EA comes up with better games for FIFA and they do work on physics of every player out there on the ground. Definitely Cricket 19 is going to be one of the best and last Cricket game of this decade but they do come up with Steam updates every 2 months or so and the point I have mentioned can definitely be taken into consideration. By your logic making every video game is difficult but that is not the subject matter over here. The idea is to come up with new things that attract more people to buy this game. Bjg Ant has entered into the market with the intention to promote video games based on Cricket. In a way they have entered the market with other video game manufacturing brands to compete with them. And to survive into the market in the modern world is a tough task. You can't be so rigid with your products if you want to survive into the market. This is a business and industry always needs something new to cope up with the market. First try to understand the things that are being pointed out and with what intention. It is good that you have bought the game. You can wait for the release and enjoy the game, there's no problem in it. Nobody is going to stop you from playing the game. There are people who like to watch this Sport from a wider perspective rather than just to watch fours and sixes being hit and wickets being taken. Every minute detail is enjoyed by fans like such. I can definitely say I am one of the biggest fan of this sport and I do look into lot more things of this Sport rather than just results. Sure you can have your own view. Hope you get satisfied with your new game :thumbs
Wow deep man , I was a bit bored of some of the small Details people went into from a demo/clips and images , I have been on this forum since time began so sorry sometimes it gets a bit silly for me.
Take no offence please.
More importantly you missed John Lennon title songs in my post

I am getting FIFA 19 on Switch as a barometer to see how an AAA game does on portable. As for Cricket 19, getting in on almost the first day for PS4. Depending on how FIFA 19 plays out, I'll get Switch version on my next trip to India!

I have played Fifa on the Switch and it is amazing. Graphically not as good as Ps4 but still excellent in its own way and has all the features barring Journey and a couple others.

To be honest i played Fifa more on Switch than Ps4. Has all Champions league licenses etc.

I feel Cricket 19 will be similar to The Ps4/Xb1 version unless it is Xbox one X which Ross mentioned on twitter would be different graphically. The thing with Fifa is they have been around for many years and there game is now so good and advanced that they have a different studio making the Switch version specifically. As cricket 19 is made by the same people i feel the graphics and gameplay will be pretty much identical.

Also until maybe a few years when we hopefully get more iterations of cricket, the graphics will evolve, we will then see a noticeable difference in graphics and features when compared to the Switch.

£50 is a crime when you can find for <£40 online. But the biggest crime is a 2015 game in DBC costing more than Ashes...
On Game's website it's £44.99
