Cricket 22 (Custom Team Import from C19)

Hello everyone, I just got my hands on Cricket 22. I am taking my time getting a hang of it. However, I would like to ask whether I can import my custom C19 teams to C22 in any way. I made a whole custom tournament with custom teams, and each team had a total of 8 kits. It was an effort of months. But, I don't see any of them in my Academy profile in C22 except international teams I uploaded.

- Is there any way I can restore them in C22?
- Can we make custom tournaments in C22 like C19? Also, is there any way we can add eliminator playoffs in this game unlike C19?

Is there any tips you guys wanna share?
