Jharkhand posted a score of 319 , with a classy hundred from Pocock and a strong flourish provided by Irani who was 80* at the end of the innings . Their starting 10 overs had yielded a base stand with 85/0 .
Challengers' had a brisk opening gathering 83 runs off first 10 overs at the loss of 1 wicket, which also saw Jarman being caught by WK Pocock off Chaudhary's bowling .
The other opener Gupta and say WHAT ! He took the Jharkhand bowlers to cleaners with a neat 135 runs off just 99 balls ! It was going all smooth for chasing team until the derailment arrived . Chaudhary who was quite expensive in his initial 5 overs giving 44 runs , got Gupta OUT !
This was just the initial spark of the later annihilation .
From a comfortable 255/2 to 302 ALL-OUT ! The Jharkhand spinner [ Burrell , Kharas , Bharali ] gave a JOYRIDE to the audience at the Keenan Stadium . The three wreaked havoc onto the opposition with a combined 7-WICKET haul between them .
Burrell in his last spell bowling the 40th over , claimed 2 wickets in successive fashion , making sure that Reddy & Kohli walk back to the pavilion pavements !
282/5 it was before the start of last 10 overs .... They required 38 runs to win with 5 wickets in pocket !
The leg-spinner Kharas & the speedster Doraiswami were chosen by captain Sharma , to bowl in tandem .......
Kharas' figures in first spell : 5-0-24-0 . He then picked up 4 wickets in his booster 2nd spell : 3.1-0-11-4
A.R. Kharas ended up with figures : 8.1-0-35-4
Doraiswami also kept the pressure alive and claimed the wicket of Padhi , the lone recognised batsman surviving the Keenan crowd , edged to wicket-keeper Pocock .

A.C. Tinsley is surely a beast for my team. Rating wise, he is probably the worst batsman in the lineup, (after the Wicket Keeper) but still he goes on to make daddy hundreds at ease, like in this match

@Naman Thakur is it better to put batsmen in more aggressive or defensive batting styles in FC matches? My opponents seem to be more aggressive. So far i've seen mixed results with mostly defensive tactics.
For FC matches , you may set the batting tactics as +2 or +3 . And for individual batsmen as +1 , -- or +2 . I would say that the same 1st innings tactics should be set for 4th innings as well ( with slight changes for individual batsmen ) .....

Jharkhand's start was okay-ish with 34 runs from 8 overs , then two wickets dipped in and score was 49/2 with opener Marhwa & captain Sharma back to the pavilion . H.U. Jadhav was essential for Jharkhand and combined hands with the sensational batsman Irani . The duo notched a 72-run partnership at run a ball rate in 12 overs . Irani was clean bowled by the legend , Allen .
The score now stood at 121/3 with Jharkhand still requiring 142 off 26 overs .
Vice-captain , Mathur , next came in to bat . He left first few balls with the green pitch it was difficult . Settled himself with quick ones & Jadhav played the anchor role .
When Jadhav was out at 132 off 126 balls , he had made sure that Jharkhand won the match . 223/4 at 40 overs . The all-rounder , Chakraborty , struggled to get ball on bat . Chakraborty scored 1 run off his first 7 balls .
8 overs & 37 runs to win . Though that wasn't a monstrous thing , but the opposition bowlers bowled spot on target .
The 44th over bowled by Bower gave Jharkhand 12 runs , with Chakraborty connecting the first 2 balls for successive fours .
Mathur & Chakraborty successfully chased the total , the partnership being 43 from 45 balls . Mathur not out at 53 .
Jadhav was at his supreme in this match , it was he who got the runs flowing with snatching a 4 in almost every over , well-supported by Mathur who just gave Jadhav the strike to own .....
