Dear All, Cricketing World is a fantastic modern cricket website which looks at the current goings-on in the cricketing world.

The site is always looking to improve and if you have any comments or would like to help out, do contact feverpitch. As an editor of the site I urge any young budding writers to get involved. As I am studying a sports journalism course I am willing to help out in anyway with your writing.

If you are not looking to write, please come along and take a look.

One other thing. We are considering doing a feature on the most promising players from each of the 8 major test playing nations. One from each country. I would like people's views on this matter. Also, who would you reccomend? and we may need some help writing these, so again, give me a pm if interested.

Yes stevie, thats right, you are Cricketing World's inspiration! ;)

By the way, here are the ideas for most promising international players I have so far...

South Africa - A B De Villiers
West Indies - Dwayne Bravo
Pakistan - Kamran Akmal
India - M S Dhoni
England - L Plunkett
Australia -
Sri Lanka -
New Zealand -

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated & considered.

Australia - Hussey
Sri Lanka - Tharanga
New Zealand - Fulton

Sorry, should of re-phrased it as I did earlier. Most promising young international players. Hussey is 30 so wouldnt be eligiable.

Keep your ideas coming guys, and we will consider them all.

Thanks for all your comments so far.
We have added two artciles about England in 2005 recently, and these can be viewed at the site.
As always, we are keen on new writers - so please e-mail [email protected] if you're interested!

Hey, one of my mod's PM'd you cricketingworld.co.uk!!

Well Cricket Worldwide, is more forum based, wondering if you want to link to us, as you forum isn't that active. We have on average 200 posts a day, and over 60 members, thats since Saturday.

On the Peter Fulton bit, i have his email and could do a feature, as he was pro for my club side last year, Lowerhouse CC, and Jacques Rudolph (SA) was too. I have their emails and email them frequently could sort something out!

Email me at [email protected]
