Digital photos to Drawing

hey guys have you guys seen such softwares that converts your digital photos into artwork kinda pencil made. looks like its drawn with the pencil.
Quality remains the same.
I think Rahul has heard of it. i am just guessing he makes faces for cricket 2005 so i though he knows about it.
i saw one but don't really remember the software's name
at that i had dial up internet and file was something like 15 MB.

I've got that with my bog standard HP PSC 1215 (just looked above me for name) all in one scanner printer photocopier etc. etc. and it does that when u scan things in...

Photoshop should be able to as well...

but do u invert images in photoshop?

Could you explain me more, what you really mean by invert images.

i read somewhere
put the picture in photoshop and resize it then remove the color to look like black and white then invert then color dodge mode and blur and texrure thats it.

how did u do ur's?

First change the image mode to grayscale and then apply a filter like blur.
