Has a descision been made on the recruiting system yet?

It seem like half in favor of current system and half voted for draft one... so i decided bring the both in one platform... All new changes added below...

• All vCash system of fixing price for a players and team maximum budget will be same... only Amateur, Promising, Mature Talent (now will called as T20 Talent) definition and price will be different...
• Instead of picking full squad once, now team need to pick only 4 players at once (per round)... Hope this will help to balance the league and teams...
• There will be 4 compulsory rounds and 1 if needed (for the teams who want more than 16 players)... Teams need to send there players along with there calculated prices through Private conversation... Each round will be continue up to 48hrs...
• Which ever team send the players first will get them first... So be sure you prepared for each round... If multiple teams send same players, than fastest time will act as time breaker and other team need to send different (replace) player to me...
• I also post confirmed players here asap... so you know about which are signed already...
• First round will start tomorrow at 6.00 pm IST (29/9/18 at 12.30 pm GMT)...
• Teams need to send the vCash before first round picks (6 million or which ever budget you planning to invest here)... Which ever team fail to send me the vCash, there signup will automatically cancelled from the league...
