That's a really funny way to spell group stage.

I'm rooting for Germany again like last time. I realistically think France will win and I actually want them to get some success, also won't mind Ronaldo winning. Also hope South Korea and the US.. oh.

:lol I could just wish. Lot of people now supporting Egypt for Salah will be rooting for Spain and Germany.

Oh and they could have just gone for 54 teams instead of 52 so that the groups would have been evenly distributed. But hey as a Cricket fan that is 42 more teams :mad:facepalm. Really hoped that USA qualified, I was in a bar in New York City when in the last world cup they played and it was an amazing feeling to support.

Can Neymar and co get Brazil a world cup after 16 years? Also, we need to level 7-1 def from last WC semis.

What a self goal by Socorro in the dying stages. That was such a self goal match. Both teams were playing well and on the 95th minute.. Wow!!! Aziz being a substitute must be gutted on what he did. Onto the second match and should be a cracker, SPAIN vs PORTUGAL... Go Portugal :p

It was funny hearing Ronaldo had never scored against Spain before the match, all of a sudden, 90 minutes later and has 3! That free kick was just :clap Don't think any free kick will beat his beauty against Portsmouth back in 2008!

They were pretty similar though. Dave’s reaction was just like David James’ too haha. Technique wise, maybe the Portsmouth one was better. But an 87th minute equalizer against Spain in the World Cup to complete a hattrick...
